I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all of our shareholders and investors for their exceptional support and patronage.

We were established in August 2005 with the corporate philosophy of “Pursuing life satisfaction through the Internet.” Since then, we have been diligent in our commitment to companies and their users, and have continued to catch up with cutting-edge technologies in order to expand the value we provide. We were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (Market of the high-growth and emerging stocks; changed to Growth Market) on December 10, 2021.

Recently, DX efforts by companies have been accelerating, but the reality is that there are still few successful DX companies in Japan. Leveraging advanced cloud technologies and cloud integrators are essential for the success of DX. As an expert in advanced cloud technologies, we will promote DX together with our customers and lead as many DX initiatives as possible to success. In Japan, we also want to improve the positioning of IT engineers by addressing structural problems in the industry, such as the fact that IT engineers with high level technical skills, which are a source of value, are not properly evaluated.

We will continue to maximize business growth, that is, the value we provide to our customers, and contribute to the development and future of companies and society beyond. We intend to build confidence with our shareholders and investors by achieving our growth plans based on our management policies, which are aimed at sustainable growth and increasing corporate value over the medium to long term.
